Although we do think cards are nice,
They're only read but once or twice.
A book is a sentimental treasure,
That will give Aidan years of pleasure.
So, in lieu of cards for the mommy-to-be,
please bring a book for Aidan's library.
Don't forget to sign it with your name and love.
so that Aidan can cherish it in the years to come.
